Brand discovery & Creative DirectioN
Product design begins with a clear point of view. Drawing on over a decade of experience in design and production, Aiotima offers brand discovery and creative direction focused on scent.
During this process Aiotima clarifies brand language, references, positioning, merchandising, and fragrance direction before development begins. Clients receive a structured creative foundation, which may include scent strategy, directional recommendations, and a reference deck to guide development and decision-making.
This service is used prior to fragrance development or alongside broader brand and product planning.
Custom fragrance & product development
Aiotima works collaboratively with commercial and independent brands to develop custom fragrances. Each project translates creative direction and brand intent into a fragrance ready for production.
This work includes formulation development, revisions, scaling considerations, and early guidance through production, tailored to the scope and needs of the project.

events & offsite workshops
Aiotima designs and facilitates offsite workshops for events, institutions, and corporate groups. These workshops introduce participants to scent through guided experiences, education, and hands-on interaction.
Workshops are developed for art spaces, pop-ups, brand activations, and private or corporate events, and are customized to the audience, context, and goals.
Perfumery education
Education with Aiotima is for individuals interested in learning how to make perfume. Instruction focuses on materials, formulation techniques, and practical understanding of scent development through hands-on learning.
